Our dishwashers load and organize cutlery and dishes brought to the kitchen by bussers into trays for the washer while unloading them. They also prep work, transport waste and trash to the dumpster, clean work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors, and maintain and breakdown the dish machine. A minimum of 4 hours is required for each professional, plus an additional 2 hours ( 1 hour for setting up and 1 hour for take down.)
