Our Line Cooks help keep the kitchen running smoothly by preparing food utilizing the Head Chef’s recipes and menu items. Some of their primary responsibilities and obligations include:
- Assisting with the supply and setup of culinary stations.
- Cleaning and chopping ingredients, as well as cooking main courses, desserts, appetizers, and snacks are all part of the food preparation process.
- Plating prepared items under the supervision of a senior chef.
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
- At the end of each shift, wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils, as well as store the equipment.
- Assuring that kitchen processes and hygiene fulfill food safety requirements and laws.
